We reacting to another video that I am absolutely excited to talk about! This is Borodante’s video on Don’t try to get better at Art and I can relate. What is up sassy tacos, it is your rainbow graysbygrace and Happy Monday. One way I could summarize the video is, I have had many people come to me saying I want to be a better artist but I suck at Art. Okay, but what do you suck at? composition, shape language, telling a story, autonomy, coloring, lighting…???? What? There are so many tutorials out there that teach you what you need to work on made by professional artists. I may also add that it is quite interesting seeing artists have different opinions and you may learn what works for you.
Furthermore, When I began to illustrate one aspect that I wanted to work on is proportion and understand the structure of a female and male face. So, I drew people after people but never considered that I am looking at a 3D object and that is why I always asked myself what is wrong? Why is this not coming to life? Well, proportion, light, and shadow …Autonomy! In present, I researched and practiced with consciousness day after day. Learning the basics before producing my artwork and yet there is still room for improvements.

Lately, I have not been posting videos on Youtube and that is because it is exams week and I am busy STUDYING! I would do speed digital paintings but I thought back and I want to stick into making an animation channel. From the beginning I wanted to start a short film channel but I kept going back and fourth trying to figure what I wanted to do. I feel I have finally found out what I really want on my channel. Hopefully I can make more animations out of the stories that I create. After the exams I will come back as I am trying to do more research as well as writing and writing. There is also exciting projects that I am working on which I am excited to begin with.

It’s been really difficult trying to come up with some zine ideas but I guess just looking around or seeing things that are already there can inspire you. Yes, that is what happened above. I really love Areeba’s journal entries and never thought I could come up with something like this. I just love journal entries and poetry! So, I’ve decided to make an animated zine to express Areeba’s entry which I pretty much enjoyed doing! I call this re-creating poetry as well as this is part one of this series on my Youtube channel.
MAKING A MEANING
The journal entry is a love type but since she does speak a lot about culture and religion.. I had to sit down and think. So the speaker is unsure of the love between the partner and is asking the partner if he is capable of being in the relationship. I guess as she ask the following:
would you be able
to spot the sun
Trapped in my eye socket?
She is either asking the person if he would see her happiness (sun) or just speaking about pupil in the eye. The next stanza (reminding me high school and English)
Would you still come back
Here with me after all
the injustice?
I guess the here would be detiny and the injustice is the wrong ..I don’t sometimes we all get carried away ..It is just a love thing.

our mothers?
Does the lover have forgiveness because the poet sure does not. Going on, this was interesting and I would love to hear your meaning towards this beautiful piece .

Hey unicorns out there how are you? It seems like it is another wonderful day to share something that I found after watching Tyler Oakley’s video yesterday, based on what makes him HIM? It is a secret project(I can’t wait to see) that he is working to get his audience to be part of. I felt this is so amazing but how about a bloggers version (I aim to share it with him)! Everybody out there has that one thing that stands that makes them unique. I may say it was pretty hard to think about once I started typing, but I thought deeper and outside the playground. So, what makes me unique or me Me. I can say one thing that stands out is me and my journal. I can’t stay without it and if I do I will go crazy. It all started once upon a time when I was about to go to bed and wanted to write songs. So out of the blow while mumbling, I thought of this awesome song and I told myself I would write it tomorrow. Now as tomorrow came, that song decided,” well, I might as well fly somewhere else”. Yep, I feel I have a phobia now, to not forget. Oki, it doesn’t go to the extreme of whereby I take it to the bathroom at home but it stays on my bed, hand bag and I take it everywhere when I say everywhere I mean EVERYWHERE(Public loo). Another thing is, I am random on convo’s all the time. There is no way I can live without this randommanicawesomefleeklicfabulousness, it is the most amazing thing that I have. We can be in a convo for 5 minutes talking about light and this can change to unicorns. I can say most people don’t notice it at all so far or they feel I am stupid but yes I am letting the whole world know IT IS ON PURPOSE! Now it is time to hear yours..
